The purpose of our assessment is to develop a crime risk profile that corresponds to prevailing case law regarding foreseeability of a criminal event. When the risk of crime is heightened, the legal duty to protect invitees and others at the premises is heightened.

The assessment of the adequacy of any crime prevention strategies and procedures is accomplished by conducting a survey of current policies and procedures, determining whether they pass industry standards and scientific muster, and then recommending any relevant changes and/or additions to the crime prevention protocol, practices and equipment. Those recommendations are based on industry best practices and scientific evidence-based practices.
